Welcome to MStruth.com!
Have you been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis? Are you faced with little option but prescribed drugs? Do you want to find other solutions to reverse your symptoms naturally, symptom free?
Feeling foggy, unfocused, like you just can’t think, brain damaged, memory loss, headaches, muscle twitching, muscle weakness, chronic fatigue, tremors, depression, digestive problems, food allergies, loss of coordination, inflammation, vision impairment, double vision, mood swings, nervousness, irritability, insomnia, abnormal sensations among other symptoms then you’re in the right place. Your immune system could be attacking the neurotoxic leeching in your blood stream or that was injected into you via vaccines, or that you absorbed through our polluted toxic food and water supplies, or that you produced due to stress or excessive use of technology. Doctors claim that “your body is attacking itself” but that is the biggest lie I’ve ever come across. Doctors say this is “an auto-immune disease” when what is really going on is a WAR, your body is naturally FIGHTING to survive to RECOVER to RENEW, to REGENERATE to push out the EXISTING heavy toxic that has polluted your central nervous system, and your brain! These can comprise of things such as vaccines, parasites, trauma, stress, processed foods, lifestyle, lack of sun, lack of general exercise, lack of minerals and vitamins on a long term basis, smoking, drinking unhealthy balanced diet, genetically modified organisms and many, many more. All of these destroy your ‘grey matter’ your brain cells and nervous system bathing constantly in a soup of toxic chemicals and sludge, do you think introducing yet more drugs to your system is the road to recovery?
Conventional medicine masks and suppresses symptoms. It does not address the underlying cause, and this tends to create patients for life. The sad truth is that drugs gradually poisons the whole body, which evolves into an ever-decreasing cycle.
Others have healed themselves naturally, so can you!

About the Founder
My name is Keli, I am the founder of MSTruth, an advocate for natural health. Encouraging people to step outside their comfort zones and to think for themselves when it comes to healing and recovery. My intent is to inform, provoke, and inspire others to take responsibility for their own health and mental wellbeing and support their loved ones in doing the same. With a family history of chronic illness, and a chronic disease sufferer myself, I’ve have spent years researching the causes and cures for some chronic illness. The more I uncovered, the more I realized how misleading and ineffective the medical sector really is. In order to help as many people as possible I have taken my research and discoveries and created a book of the true causes of MS as well as natural healing methods that are proven to work. With the right treatment, support and advise I believe you can find your own unique balance between having this chronic condition and having a fulfilling active life.
My purpose is to dispel distorted information and inform you of the truth! I aim to uncover the real cause of MS, with special features and recommendations on how to reverse your symptoms naturally, step-by-step.
Life often takes us on unexpected journeys. For me my world was rocky when I developed a chronic condition and some of my family member were and still are affected with serious health issues.
Over 20 years ago back in 2000, I continuously contracted colds, which were very hard to shift, after about six months I went to my local GP who referred me to the ENT clinic. Within six months, I was diagnosed with chronic rhinitis – a sinus inflammation condition. I took all the prescriped medications offered in the attempts to improve the condition. Nothing worked. In fact, my symptoms became worse, I started sneezing all the time, I developed polyps, loss of smell and hearing, itchy irritated ears, nose and throat, speech loss, stuffy head and general inflammation to my face. The only drug that consoled me on a daily basis was steroids. Even the two operations to remove the polyps were non effective; the polyps grew back on both occasions. Eventually, asthma set in and threats of diabetes. (By the way did you know that steroids increased the sugar in your blood?) Depression set in and the mild deterioration to my bones due to the steroids. I was tired a lot and slept in my spare time, even at lunch times during work, I needed to find a park bench or quiet café to snooze!
Each time I relayed my complaints to the ENT consultant, he would refer me to a specialist for the eyes, or lungs or whatever else. So, what started off as a cold had fully fledged into more issues due to no real resolution of the original diagnosis, suppression of symptoms through drugs and lack of communication through medical departments.
After years of acknowledging I was not getting any better, I set out to research chronic disease and what the possible cause could be. What else could I do? In time, with a better diet and regular exercise I noticed a difference. I was able to reduce my steroid intake, which was a relief both mentally and physically as this posed less strain on the body.
My belief now is that my awful symptoms were due to vaccinations administered whilst travelling and as a little girl at school. It’s hard to determine if any of my severe symptoms are correlated with the general environment or lifestyle, as I lead the exact same as my family members and none of them developed any form of rhinitis or its related symptoms. At present, I work with a functional medicine practitioner who I hope can help me determine what the root cause of the Rhinitis is and how to best eliminate it for good.
Incidentally whilst researching chronic illnesses, I progressively recognised similar symptoms of my own like, trembling internally and in my hands, face, general daily fatigue, brain fog, slurring and tingling all over my body. I was under the impression I had MS and turned to my aunt Dehan to learn more about her MS journey. I soon gave up smoking as I suspected this could have been the culprit. I found that the majority of the symptoms reduced or disappeared although some still remain. After seeing a neurologist she ruled out MS, and so I continue to take further tests for any possible diagnosis. My aunt Dehan has been an inspiration in the way she has managed her MS condition on an intuitive, psychological and physical level. This lead me to focusing my research on MS as it affects so many people and families. It’s such an epidemic and I’m convinced there are other ways of coping better from the research and studies I have encountered which are not so widespread, neither promoted. As patients, we are so accustomed to medication, drugs, and medical institutions. Realistically doctors rarely view us as individuals. So we must make allowances, adjustments for this and take on the due diligence towards personal healing.
Similarly Dehan was diagnosed with Relapsing-Remitting Multiple Sclerosis (RRMS) and Type 2 Diabetes in 2013 at 53 years of age. RRMS is the common form of Multiple Sclerosis. About 85% of people with MS are initially diagnosed with RRMS, of which most people go through temporary periods of relapses, flare-ups or exacerbations.
On many occasions, she was advised to take so many different types of drugs to alleviate her symptoms. She felt it was unnecessary, even with minor issues. She is not keen on taking drugs so she avoided them as much as possible. Although there were a few she did take for a year, which she managed to withdrew from.
She is a big believer in using her intuition, only opting for natural healing products. Perhaps she would have been in a wheelchair by now had she taken up every drug the doctor prescribed. She too has spoken and met with many other people with MS in wheel chairs that tell her they started out with RRMS, the same as she did and progressively got worse. I wonder if it’s because of all the drugs they take. To read more about Dehan’s journey and what she did to improve her health read The Truth About Multiple Sclerosis, get your copy HERE.
In addition my father passed away with prostate cancer in June 2009, 3 months after his diagnosis. I began spending every free moment I had reading about cancer to familiarize myself with his condition so I could be supportive with his care.
But it was not meant to be. His decline was fast and I didn’t have a clue how to grieve when he was gone. Years later, I continued to research deeper into chronic diseases and “degenerative” diseases. Looking back, I believe it was my idiosyncratic way of coping with his death.
At present I like spending my time attending healing, psychological and nutritional workshops, MS forums, and still continue to research the natural health field, I am extremely lucky to work side by side with some amazing successful leading experts who have both challenged and changed my perspective and many peoples minds and lives.
I am passionate about helping others on their journey to wellness. While I don’t have all the answers, I strongly believe that if you are committed to improving your health, you can also improve your quality of life immensely. Ultimately, the choice is up to you. Only you can choose which level of wellness you wish to experience. If your health challenges are great, you may have to work a little harder, but the results are truly worth it. Make the right choice for you!
